Global Merchants Ltd has its own quality assurance system to make top quality sweaters. Thru our disciplined Quality assurance & quality monitoring system, we are ensuring:

  1. Reduction of the rework
  2. Improvement of the productivity
  3. Identify people who require more training to meet requirements.

Global Merchants Ltd is operating under the line manufacturing concept. The objective of this concept is to ensure zero defects in order to:

  1. Be cost competitive
  2. Reduce the wastage &
  3. Increase the production efficiency.

We do also have checkpoints at all processes. We are testing raw materials for physical & chemical characteristics by reputed textile testing laboratories to ensure the materials are of high standard. Pre final audit (QA) team carries out 100% pre-final inspection before offering them for final inspection by buyer’s QA.
We are targeting to have a complete metal free production place having each of the garments produced in GML to be passed thru metal detection and kept under the C-TPAT regulations for safety & security.
