IDS SUSTAINABLE FACILITIES

In house washing

Our core strength is our Washing Process, which gives a unique look to the garments we produce. Our Washing Plant is fully equipped for all types of denims and soft washes, making our Productions great value for money with outstanding quality.

Dry Processing

Dry process is as much an art as it is a technique to create the distinct character of jeans, based on a customer’s individuality. We work closely with buyers and designers to create the perfect pair of jeans.

Laser Room

Laser machine is another sustainable addition to our fashion canvas of washing units. More than 60% of the dry process is done by the laser machine to avoid bleach and PP spray, which dramatically reduces water consumption.

Wet Processing

These modern washing machines are highly water efficient. We use 74% portable water for reduction, 80% recycle by treated water & 100% treated water for process. IDS runs the state of the art biological waste water treatment plant, which allows us to safely reuse 10% of the water, which will increase 60% by 2022.
